RBC implements voice recognition technology

RBC will be introducing a new technology that helps identify clients who call the bank’s call centers, reports Canadian Insurance Top Broker.

“Voice biometrics” analyzes more than 100 characteristics, such as pitch and accent, in a regular conversation. Read more.
