Scotia GAM makes senior appointments

Toronto-based Scotia Global Asset Management has appointed three seasoned professionals across its business, effective today.

Neal Kerr has been appointed senior vice-president and head of Scotia Global Asset Management in Canada. He’ll report to Glen Gowland, executive vice-president and head, Global Wealth Management, Scotiabank.

The fixed income team at 1832 Asset Management L.P. is further expanding with the appointment of two senior investment professionals. Derek Amery has joined as vice-president and senior portfolio manager, and Rose Devli has joined as portfolio manager.
