TD introduces alternatives for HNW clients

TD Asset Management (TDAM) announced the launch of two alternative investment funds for high net worth clients on Wednesday.

The TD Greystone Mortgage and Short Bond Pooled Fund Trust invests primarily in, or gains exposure to, Canadian commercial mortgages and fixed income investments.

The TD Emerald Private / Public Debt Pooled Fund Trust invests primarily in, or gains exposure to, private and public fixed income securities.

Both funds are designed to provide income while preserving capital over the long term, and are available exclusively to TD Wealth Private Wealth Management clients, TDAM said in a release.
