Is CRA reviewing your social media posts?

You know you should be wary of what’s posted online when you’re looking for jobs. But did you know that rule also applies when you’re filing taxes?

As Yahoo Finance reports, the CRA can use any public information available when reviewing or auditing a taxpayer. So, the outlet adds, “if they find you’re posting about all the trips you’re taking or shooting […]videos [of you] puttering around in a Ferrari, [but] then reporting your business took a loss, they’re apt to dig in.”
