Donna Kerry is the publisher of Advisor Group, which includes Advisor’s Edge, Advisor’s Edge Report, Conseiller, Advisor.ca and Conseiller.ca. Donna joined Advisor Group in 2003 and brings 12 years of magazine publishing and integrated sales experience having worked on various publications in the healthcare, and news and business divisions of Rogers.

Philip Porado

Philip Porado is executive editor of Advisor Group, which includes Advisor’s Edge, Advisor.ca, Advisor’s Edge Report and our conference division. Prior to joining Advisor Group in 2004, Philip wrote and edited a weekly newsletter geared toward regulatory and compliance professionals at U.S. brokerage firms. He has been on the staff of several U.S. magazines and newspapers and is a graduate of the American University in Washington, D.C.

Melissa Shin

Melissa Shin is managing editor of Advisor Group. Before joining the team in 2011, Melissa was managing editor of Corporate Knights, an independent magazine focused on clean capitalism. She was awarded a Great Waters Fellowship by the Institutes for Journalism and Natural Resources in 2010 and is a graduate of the Schulich School of Business at York University.

Vikram Barhat

Vikram Barhat is Content Editor with Advisor.ca. His resume as a journalist covers 12 years of editorial responsibilities in various capacities. Vikram’s globe-spanning experience comes from creating editorial content for magazines, newspapers and websites in South Asia, North America and the Middle East. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in science.

Katie Keir is Assistant Editor for Advisor.ca. Prior to joining Advisor Group, she was part of the web editorial team at Canadian Grocer magazine. She holds a Honours Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Toronto, and attended the Publishing Certificate Program at Ryerson University.
