Nicholas McConway

Nicholas McConway is a Senior Portfolio manager on the Asian Equity team. He is lead portfolio manager on Pioneer Funds – China Equity and is a Co-Portfolio manager on Pioneer Funds – Absolute Return Asian Equity.

Nicholas joined Amundi Asset Management (previously Pioneer Investments) in 1998 as an Assistant Portfolio Manager on the Asian desk. He has amassed almost 20 years of experience analysing Asian companies, 10 years of which while located in Singapore where he relocated to ¡n 2001. From 2006 onwards Nicholas focused on Greater china market where he became co- portfolio manager of the Pioneer Fund- China Equity. In 2012 Nicholas relocated to London and his responsibilities expanded when he became lead Portfolio Manager for Pioneer Fund- China Equity and co-manager on the Pioneer Funds – Absolute Return Asian Equity.

Nicholas is a graduate in Commerce from University College Dublin, (UCD), specialising in Banking and Finance. He has a Masters in Finance from the UCD Graduate Business School.
