Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP is in talks for a proposed three-way merger with global law firms SNR Denton and Salans to form the world’s 7th largest law firm.

The new firm will serve clients as: a firm not centered on the uniting of a UK and U.S. firm; and the first combination involving a Canadian firm and a firm with a substantial U.S. presence.
