The CSA’s systems transition has been delayed – again.

October 12, 2013 was the original implementation date for the change-over to CGI Information Systems and Management Consultants Inc. of the hosting, operation and maintenance of the System for Electronic Documents Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR), the System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI) and the National Registration Database (NRD).

In early October the regulator announced a revised transition date of December 2, 2013.

Now that date’s been scrapped. “The CSA will provide a revised implementation date when it is confident of a smooth transition for all market participants,” says a press release.
