BMO Harris Investment Management, manager of the BMO Harris International Special Equity Portfolio, has received regulatory approval to change the portfolio’s investment objectives without requiring unitholder approval.

In connection with the change to the portfolio’s investment objectives, the company will also change the portfolio’s name, strategies and sub-advisor. Each of these changes will become effective on or about October 26, 2012.

It will now be called the BMO Harris U.S. Special Equity Portfolio, and it will invest primarily in small-and-mid-capitalization companies in the U.S. market.

Its sub-advisor will switch from GlobeFlex Capital to BMO Asset Management, meaning its strategy will change as a result.
