Raven Rock Income fund completes $60 million IPO

Arrow Capital Management says the Raven Rock Strategic Income Fund has completed its IPO of 6,000,000 units, for gross proceeds of $60 million.

The units started trading on the TSX today under the symbol RFF.UN.

Raven Rock Capital Management will advise the fund, which provides exposure to an actively managed and diversified portfolio of U.S. convertible and high-yield bonds. It will be managed by Nate Brown, Guy Caplan, and Bobby Richardson, who’ve managed institutional corporate credit portfolios of more than $3.5 billion.
