RBC Wealth Management receives global acclaim

RBC Wealth Management has received three awards from the 2012 Private Banker International Global Wealth Awards.

It was recognized as the most outstanding private bank in North America, the most outstanding wealth planning provider, and was also given a lifetime achievement award for the contributions of deputy chairman Michael Lagopoulos.

Lagopoulos recently announced his retirement after a 26-year career at RBC.

The bank’s wealth management arm was praised for its strength, global expertise and commitment to delivering integrated advice and solutions to wealthy clients around the globe.

The results of the awards are based on selections by Private Banker International’s advisory board of independent wealth management specialists.
