Sequestration cuts targeting the U.S. defence industry are beginning to take their toll.

The Financial Times profiles the case of Robert Baillie, former employee of a firm that writes electronic warfare software for a number of agencies within the U.S. military. Sequestration cost him his job, in an example of what may be looming if the sweeping cuts remain in place.
