Top IIROC exec to join Scotiabank

Paul Riccardi, IIROC’s senior vice president of member regulation, is moving to Scotiabank, the Financial Post reports.

As senior-vice president at the bank, he’ll be responsible for global banking and markets compliance. He starts June 1, according to the Post.

Riccardi joined IIROC in 2009 after stints at investment banks.
