Aston Hill Asset Management has announced it will assume responsibility for portfolio management of Aston Hill Advantage Bond Fund and Aston Hill MBB Trust.

The Advantage Bond Fund has a forward agreement which provides exposure to the return on the portfolio held by Aston Hill MBB Trust.

Effective on or about April 26, 2012, Sandy Liang will become the lead portfolio manager of the funds. He is currently the lead portfolio manager on Aston Hill Strategic Yield Fund and is a key member of the Aston Hill investment management team.

The Aston Hill Advantage Bond Fund was formerly Manulife Brompton Advantaged Bond Fund, while the Aston Hill MBB Trust was previously MBB Trust.
