Citi provides fund services to Portland Investment Counsel

Citi has been awarded a mandate to provide fund services to Portland Investment Counsel’s investment funds.

“Having worked with Citi in the past, we feel the company has a proven reputation in the marketplace as a leading provider in this space,” says Frank Laferriere, senior vice president and COO of Portland Investment Counsel Inc.

Through Citi OpenInvestor, the bank provides over $1.5 trillion in assets under administration. It offers: fund accounting and administration; transfer agency services; compliance and regulatory support; and alternative investment services.

These are available to institutional, alternative and wealth managers.
