It will be renamed as the Trimark Emerging Markets Class, with Jeff Feng as lead manager and Virginia Au as co-manager. This is effective April 5, 2013. Two investment analysts from the Trimark global team will support the pair, while Invesco Advisers will continue to manage the class’s cash portion. The funds use bottom-up, fundamental approaches to analyze the value of individual companies, and the team seeks long-term capital growth by investing in equity securities of emerging markets businesses. Feng specializes in international equities and will be responsible for the emerging-markets components of the funds. Au is also co-manager of Trimark’s Canadian Small Companies Fund, U.S. Small Companies Class and Global Small Companies Class.
