OSC offering series of webinars for SMEs

The Ontario Securities Commission has announced a lineup of free webinars for small and medium enterprises, as part of the Commission’s SME institute.

The webinars, which will be archived, will cover current trends and what regulators are observing. The topics include:

• mining disclosure essentials;
• best practices for meeting continuous disclosure obligations;
• financing options for SMEs; and
• navigating insider reporting and the System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI).
