Horizons lowers fees, changes risk ratings

Horizons ETFs is lowering management fees and changing risk ratings on certain actively managed funds.

The firm is reducing fees for the following six ETFs on Dec. 1:

  • Horizons Global Risk Parity ETF, from 0.85% to 0.65%
  • Horizons Managed Global Opportunities ETF, from 0.85% to 0.50%
  • Horizons Active Global Dividend ETF and Horizons Active Emerging Markets Dividend ETF, both from 0.80% to 0.65%
  • Horizons Active Canadian Dividend ETF and Horizons Active US Dividend ETF, both from 0.70% to 0.55%

The following changes to risk ratings are effective immediately:

  • Horizons Active Floating Rate Senior Loan ETF (new risk rating: low)
  • Horizons Active Emerging Market Dividend ETF (new risk rating: medium)
  • Horizons Active Canadian Dividend ETF (new risk rating: low to medium)
  • Horizons Active Global Dividend ETF (new risk rating: low to medium)
  • Horizons Managed Global Opportunities ETF (new risk rating: low to medium)
  • Horizons Active A.I. Global Equity ETF (new risk rating: low to medium)

The investment objectives for all the funds listed remain the same following the changes.
