First Asset introduces high-interest savings ETF

Toronto-based First Asset Investment Management Inc. launched the CI First Asset High Interest Savings ETF on Tuesday.

The fund aims to maximize monthly income while preserving capital and liquidity by investing primarily in high-interest savings accounts with a yield of approximately 2.10%, First Asset said in a release. It has a management fee of 0.14%.

The ETF began trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange on Tuesday.
