First Asset Investment Management Inc. plans to terminate two ETFs in the coming weeks.

Around Dec. 3, the firm will terminate First Asset Cambridge Core U.S. Equity ETF and First Asset Cambridge Global Dividend ETF, it said in a release. The manager will request that the TSX de-list units of each fund around Nov. 30. Until then, units will continue to be listed on the TSX.

The funds’ net assets will be liquidated following the termination date, with proceeds distributed proportionally among holders of record on the termination date.

First Asset will confirm final details around the termination date, the release said.
