IPC launches lower-cost ETF portfolios

Investment Planning Counsel has created a family of lower-cost ETF portfolios.

IPC Essentials Portfolios is a suite of globally diversified ETF portfolios with strategies for downside protection and currency risk management, the firm said in a release.

The three new portfolios are:

  • IPC Income Essentials Portfolio: created to provide a monthly income stream while emphasizing capital preservation.
  • IPC Balanced Essentials Portfolio: designed to provide long-term capital appreciation from a combination of stocks and bonds.
  • IPC Growth Essentials Portfolio: created to focus on the growth of global markets over the long term.

IPC Essentials is managed by Counsel Portfolio Services, the portfolio management arm of IPC.
