CIBC Asset Management launches multi-asset strategy fund

CIBC Asset Management Inc. has launched the CIBC Multi-Asset Absolute Return Strategy, an alternative investment fund.

The fund aims to generate positive returns, regardless of market conditions, while managing volatility, says a release. The fund invests in alternative asset classes and strategies such as currencies, commodities and factor-based strategies, in addition to traditional global asset classes. Initial minimum investment is $500.
