Fiera Capital Corporation will become the portfolio manager for its Investment Grade Infrastructure Bond Fund, the firm said Tuesday.

Fiera will also appoint Fiera Capital Inc., an affiliate of Fiera Capital, as the portfolio sub-advisor for the bond fund, a release said. Both changes will occur on Oct. 10.

There are no changes to the fund’s investment objectives or distribution policy, the release said, and the fund “will continue to invest in an actively managed portfolio comprised primarily of investment grade fixed income securities of issuers that own, operate or develop infrastructure assets in the United States.”
