IG Wealth Management has partnered with Conquest Planning Inc., a digital planning platform, a release said on Tuesday. Both firms are based in Winnipeg.

Conquest’s interactive application uses artificial intelligence and real-time collaboration to create personalized plans, the release said. IG Wealth will be the first financial services firm to use the platform.

Jeff Carney, president and CEO, IG Wealth Management and IGM Financial, said in a release that his firm was “excited to be the first to leverage Conquest’s new, innovative platform as we continue to provide clients with a tailored and holistic approach to financial planning.”

In February, Conquest announced it had raised $3 million in seed funding. IGM Financial will provide further funding in exchange for an ownership stake, the release said.

Conquest and IG Wealth will begin rolling out the application during fall 2020.
