Advisors must answer all the AMF’s questions: ruling

If the Autorité des marchés financiers investigates you or your practice, you’re obliged to answer all its questions.

So says a ruling by the Quebec Appeal Court.

Outraged? The Supreme Court of Canada has refused to re-open this case.
