Pay your taxes using mobile devices

H&R Block Canada has paired with Plastiq, an online payment solution provider, so it can offer clients a new way to pay their federal taxes.

Customers will now be able to use preferred credit cards to make online payments from anywhere in the world and at any time using their mobile devices.

The CRA says Plastiq’s platform is secure.

Plastiq does charge a nominal fee for each transaction, but H&R Block clients will be able to use MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. Across the board, they’ll be charged a flat 2% fee based on how much tax they owe.
